Cellutionware Software (pronounced like Solutionware) is a privately owned company, located in Cerritos, California. We were founded in 1986, and our first product was a tax planning program for the Macintosh. While the Mac is a great computer, it just did not catch on with businesses back in 1986. In 1990, we switched gears and created an Excel spreadsheet based depreciation program for the PC. It was a success, but we found that a spreadsheet based program just wasn't as flexible or as speedy as we wanted it to be.
