1. Excel template to calculate MACRS depreciation, section 179, and first-year bonus depreciation for tangible personal property:
   This Excel template shows how MACRS depreciation is calculated for the first year of an asset's life including first-year bonus depreciation and section 179. It also prepares a depreciation schedule for the complete life of the asset.

2. Excel template to calculate MACRS depreciation for real property:
   This Excel template calculates depreciation for commercial and residential real property with lives of 27.5, 31.5, 39 and 40 years and prepares a depreciation schedule for the complete life of the asset.

3. Excel template to calculate straight-line and declining balance depreciation:
   This Excel template calculates depreciation using either the straight-line or declining balance methods, and prepares a depreciation schedule for the complete life of the asset.

4. Excel template to create a loan amortization schedule:
   This Excel template creates a loan amortization schedule. The user enters three of the four variables (principal, rate, monthly payment, or term) and the program calculates the missing one and creates a loan amortization schedule that can be printed. PLEASE NOTE: This template uses macros; therefore, to run this template you must change your Excel macro security settings to enable macros. If the macros are disabled, this template will not run. To change your Excel macro security settings: open Excel, select Macro from the Tools menu, select Security..., then select Medium. Now when you run the LoanPlus template, select Enable Macros.
